甲状腺病变的超声诊断探讨

本文对连续３００例甲状腺疾患术前声像图表现与手术和病理相对照进行分析，发现其各种声像图的异常均源于甲状腺内部结构的病理改变，按照病理分类有一定的规律可寻。但当组织细胞恶变，特别是多源性的病灶同时并存时（本组达１０％，３０／３００）在声像图上均缺乏特征性的显示，因而增加了鉴别诊断的难度，本文对此进行了详细的探讨。

Study of Thyroid Lesions with Ultrasonography

Preoperative sonograms of 300 cases'thyroid gland lesions were comparatively studied with surgery and pathology.It was found that their abnormal echoes were coincided to the intragland abnormal tissue,and some regularities were found accordingly.There was no difference between the benign and malignant cells on the sonogram,especially should the various etiological lesions be coexsited,dilemma of differencial diagnosis might be confronted.Resolution on approaches werexuggested in this paper.
