| 摘 要： | 本研究为探讨慢性肾疾病的血流动力学变化，对４０例慢性肾功能衰竭及４４例慢性肾炎患者进行彩色双功多普勒检查，主要观察肾血管相关血流参数及肾皮质厚度，并与肾组织穿刺病理检查比较结果。表明：１．彩色多普勒血流图对慢性肾病的鉴别诊断、功能及预后判断有独到的优点；２．搏动指数（ＰＩ）、阻力指数（ＲＩ）可作为判断肾功能的指标；３．肾皮质厚度与ＲＩ呈负相关关系。 |

| Abstract: | chronic renal function failure cases and 44 chronic glomerulonephritis cases were studied by CDFI and renal tissue biopsy.Renovascular parameters were detected.especially PI and RI were focused up on.It revealed that they were negatively correlated to the thickness of the renal cortex, which provided valuable index to assess the renal function. |
