肾柱肥大（肾实质接合）的超声诊断

肾柱肥大在影像学检查中，尤其一般超声诊断，常被误诊为肾内占位病变，使得这一原本无危害的解剖变异具有一定的临床意义。本文总结了３０例肾柱肥大的超声检查工作，部分患者备有ＩＶＵ、ＣＴ等资料，我们对肾柱肥大的声像图特征加以报道，并对其近年来的学术进展作了扼要介绍。我们认为超声是一种简单可行的检查方法，它可以为肾柱肥大提供明确的诊断依据。

Ultrasound Diagnosis of Renal Columnar Hypertrophy (Junctional parenchyma)

Renal columnar hypertrophy is often confused with renal mass in medical examinations especially ultrasonography.This problem makes renal columnar hypertophy a special clinical significance, actually it is a kind of renal anatomical harmless variation.30 patients with columnar hypertrophy were examined by means of ultrasonograph..Some of them were described with intravenous urography, computed tomography and selective renal arteriography.We realized ultrasonic examination is a simple feasible method to provide an accurate diagnosis of this phenomenon.
