| 摘 要： | 目的探讨更适用于婴儿24h十二指肠胆汁监测的置管方法。方法将2002年6月-2005年9月行24h十二指肠胆汁监测的94例婴儿分为传统组44例和新方法组50例。分别采取不同的置管方法，比较2组一次插管成功率、插管时间、插管引起的并发症和插管的长度。结果新方法组无论在插管时间，一次插管成功次数，还是在并发症发生方面均显著优于传统组。结论新方法更适宜对婴儿行24h十二指肠胆汁监测。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the situation of the pressure among the staff of operating room, and then suppose the effective method to alleviate these pressure. Methods Using the questionnaire to investigate the pressure among the operating room nurses, and then analyzed the datum of survey. Results The primary tiredness of operating room nurses was emotional exhaustion, the second was without personal accomplishment. The primary ,sources of pressure were working circumstance, working time, workload and something about nursing care. Mostly nurses in operating room adopted the passive style to reply the pressure. Conclusion The pressure are existed among the operating room nurses, the positive coping style should be supposed in future. |
