| 摘 要： | 目的探讨体外冲击波碎石联合排石颗粒治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法肾结石患者60例,分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用体外冲击波碎石,观察组采用体外冲击波碎石联合排石颗粒治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的总有效率73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波碎石联合排石颗粒治疗肾结石疗效可靠。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with lithagogue granule in the treatment of kidney stone.Methods Sixty patients with kidney stone were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and the observation group was given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with lithagogue granule treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than the 73.33% of the control group,with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy combined with lithagogue granule has reliable efficacy in the treatment of kidney stone. |
