根治性全胃切除术治疗胃癌的临床效果

目的对根治性全胃切除术治疗胃癌的临床效果进行探讨。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的48例胃癌患者,进行根治性全胃切除术,促使胃癌的有效治疗,并对相关的治疗效果和并发症状进行分析。结果本组5例患者死亡,43例患者生还,生存率为89.6%。其中另有4例出现不良反应,包括腹胀、腹痛等,后经过相关处理,得到治愈。结论全胃切除术的有效运用,对胃癌的治疗非常有利,且不良反应较少,值得临床运用。

Clinical effect on treating gastric cancer with radical gastrectomy

Objective To study the clinical effect of radical total gastrectomy in treatment of gastric cancer.Methods Retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 48 cases of gastric cancer patients with radical total gastrectomy,studied the treatment effect and concurrent symptoms.Results This group of cases with 5 deaths,43 patients survived,the survival rate was 89.6%.Another 4 people had reaction symptoms,including abdominal distention,abdominal pain and so on,after treatment,they were cured.Conclusion The curative effect of total gastrectomy for gastric cancer is favorable,and the adverse reactions occur less,so it's worthy of clinical therapeutic use.
