| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿道狭窄的微创治疗效果。方法：回顾分析我科采取尿道内切开术治疗27例尿道狭窄的情况。结果：27例尿道狭窄患者的一次手术成功25例,2例治疗2次。定期行尿道扩张。结论：尿道内切开术及瘢痕电切术等微创方法治疗尿道狭窄安全有效,术后必须定期行尿道扩张。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of microtraumatic technology as the treatment for Urethral stricture.Methods: 27 cases with Urethral stricture by transurethral endoscopic incision were analyzed retrospetively. Results:All operations of 23 patients were succeeded primarily,the remaining 2 patients were cured by two times of operations.all patients.
