| 摘 要： | 目的评价熄风定颤丸对肝肾不足型帕金森病(PD)患者的治疗作用。方法将纳入的60例PD患者按标准对照1∶1的比例,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例。两组均以美多巴为基础治疗药,治疗组加服中药熄风定颤丸。通过对不同时点Webster总评分、PD主症单因子评分的变化进行疗效的比较,评估熄风定颤丸对PD的治疗作用。结果治疗组总有效率为76.67%,对照组为53.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组治疗后4、8、12周Webster总评分均较治疗前明显下降,且随疗程延长,降低更加明显;治疗组对静止性震颤、强直、双手动作减少因子Webster单因子评分的改善明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论熄风定颤丸可有效降低PD患者Webster评分,显著改善PD患者的临床症状。
