| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨手部软组织损伤分类及其处理的有效方法。方法 对手部6类软组织缺损，在彻底清创的基础上应用带血管蒂或吻合血管的皮瓣转移或移植修复。结果 1253例中1236例皮瓣成活良好，8例皮瓣坏死。术后随访6个月－12年，皮瓣血运、质地、弹性及功能满意。结论 手部软组织缺损可按其分类而应用不同的皮瓣进行修复。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the classification and treatment of soft tissue trauma of hand.Methods Six Kinds of soft tis-sue trauma of hand were repaired by transfering or transplantalion of vascularized or vaso--anatomosed flaps.Re sults One thousand two handreds and thirty-six flaps of 1253cases survived well,8flaps necrosed.Following--up from6months to12years,colour and texture of flaps were excellent.Con clusions According to the classification,soft tissue trauma of hand can be repaired by the different kinds of flaps. |
