牛磺酸对翻转小鼠离体小肠葡萄糖──钠转运电位的影响

摘    要:利用翻转小鼠离体小肠囊的方法,观察牛磺酸对葡萄糖-钠转运电位(简称PD)的影响,借以了解牛磺酸对与糖-钠转运电位密切相关的Na+·K+-ATP酶的影响。结果2.5mmol·L-1和5mmol·L-1的牛磺酸均可提高PD(P<0.01),而10mmol·L-1和25mmol·L-1的牛磺酸则对PD产生相反的作用(P<0.01),推测不同浓度范围的牛磺酸可对Na+·K+-ATP酶产生双向调节作用。

Abstract:The electrical potential difference(PD) was measured across the,wall of reverted small intestinal sacs.The effect of taurine on transmural potential related to Na+ andglucosetransport was investlgated.Showing taurlne(2.5 mmol· L-1 and 5 mmol·L-1) increased the PD( P<0.01) .While its dose was increased to 10~25 mmol· L-1,its opposite effect on PD was observed( P<0.01) .Base on the theory of active trasPort of glucose,we inferred that taurine posslblly produces the two way effeet on Na+· K+-ATPase,which may explain whythe different dose of taurine produces distincteffect on zinc transport in smallintestine.
