低出生体重儿558例临床分析

文章介绍了采用多层论断方法的加工质量智能分析和论断系统，此系统采用神经网络、基于规则的ＡＣＦＥ集和模糊推理来论断误差源；系统建立了产品模型、加工过程模型、加工环境模型和检测模型；并采用面向对象的方法来组织信息；最后系统用箱体类零件在Ｔ１０加工中心上加工进行了验证。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 558 INFANTS WITH LOW BIRTH WEIGHT

infants with low birth weight were analysed. The results showed that the fatal diseases to those infants were RDS. severe congenital malformation,perinatal asphyxia, tetanus, intracranical hemorrhage and sclerema neonatorum in proper order. The association of mortality with birth weight. gestational age.abnormal parturition and the days of admission was analysed. The mortality was 12.01% in this group. It is suggested that the important measures to reduce mortality of those infants are the better check before birth.the prevention of premature and the close cooperation between obstetricians and pediatricians.Seizing the key steps are beneficial to the low birth weight infants.
