| 摘 要： | 目的 建立HPLC 法测定清热利咽合剂中绿原酸含量的方法.方法 采用Symmetry.C18 5.0μm 4.6×150(mm) 色谱柱,乙腈-0.3% 磷酸溶液(9:91)为流动相;流速1.0ml.min-1;检测波长327nm.结果 绿原酸在0.27～0.81μg 范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9992),平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=0.41%(n=5).结论 本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于清热利咽合剂的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in Qingreliyan mixture.Method The chromatographic Symmetry C18 5.0μm 4.6×150(mm) column,using Acetonitrile-0.3%Phosphoric acid(9:91) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1,and the detecting waveleng was 327nm.Results The Chlorogenic acid have a good tincar rolatim in the range of 0.27～ 0.81μg(r=0.9992),the average recovery was 99.95% and RSD=0.41%(n=5).Conolusion The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of qingreliyan mixture. |
