先天性巨结肠回流灌肠方法的改进及护理

目的改进先天性巨结肠回流灌肠方法,克服传统回流灌肠法存在的缺点,提高回流灌肠的质量。方法将2001年6月～2006年6月在我院小儿外科住院的先天性巨结肠患儿80例随机分成两组,观察组采用负压引流瓶加肛管扶托固定,配合手法按摩下腹部进行回流灌肠,对照组采用注射器进行回流灌肠。结果两组灌肠时间、灌肠液的入量、出量及残留液量,小儿合作程度均存在显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论改进后的回流灌肠方法明显优于传统回流灌肠法,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of a Negative -Pressure Flask Applied to Infantile Clysis

Objective To improve the method dealing with infantile enemas for congenital colon disease.Methods 80 patients with congenital colon disease were equally divided into 2 groups at random:one as experimental group and the other as control.In the former group,a negative-pressure flask was adopted,while in the latter,traditional methods,in which injectors were adopted,were used.Results The differences were showed to be significant(P<0.01) between the two groups in view of the time,the processes,the quantity of in-put or out-put liquid,the quantity of remnant liquid,and the cooperation of the patients.Conclusion The effect of the negative-pressure flask in infantile enema is remarkably better than that of those traditional methods.A negative-pressure flask is worth popularizing in infantile enema.
