股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效分析

目的分析股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的手术方法及手术疗效。方法2005年5月至2009年12月,采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折34例。结果随访34例,随访5～14个月;平均8.7个月。Harris评分优（≥90分）22例,良（80～89分）12例,髋关节功能恢复优良率为100%。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有骨折愈合快、固定稳妥和并发症少等优点,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Efficiency Analysis of Proximal Femoral Locking Plate for the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective Analysis of proximal moral locking plate for the treatment of intertmchanteric fractures and the surgical treatment methods.Methods Thiny four ceases of intertmchanteric factures were treated by pmximal femoral locking plate during 2005 May to 2009 December.Results Thirty four patients were followed up for an average of 8.7 months（range is 5～l4 months） . According to Harris score standard,the results were 22 cases excellent（≥90 score） ,12 cases good（80～89score） .The good to excellent rate was 100%.Conclusion Proximal femoral locking plate for the treatment of intertmchanteric facture with faster hea1ing of factures,fixed sound and less complications.
