等离子消融与中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症50例临床分析

摘    要:
目的探讨等离子刀联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法在2009年6月~2011年6月对50例腰椎间盘突出症患者行经皮穿刺等离子消融联合中药熏蒸治疗,观察视觉疼痛模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry评分,且术后6个月进行疗效随访。结果本组患者术前VAS、Os-westry评分分别为(8.21±1.02)、(80.2±1.9)分,术后1 w降低至(2.12±0.52)、(27.8±1.2)分,术前与术后比较有显著性差异(p<0.01);术后6个月疗效随访观察结果为临床显效45例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为96%,无并发症。结论等离子刀联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、起效快的优点,是一种微创、安全、有效的治疗手段。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and prospects of percutaneous nucleoplast on lumbar disc herniation. Methods From June 2009 to June 2011, a total of 50 cases with lumbar disc herniation were treated with percutaneous ablation plasma vaporization and herbal fumigation. Results The average Follow - up was 6 months( range,3 to 12 months). There was a significant difference between the preoperative VAS,Oswestry score (8. 21 ±1.02) ; (80. 2±1.9) and the postoperative VAS, Oswestry score (2. 12±0. 52), (27. 8±1.2 ) (p 〈 0. 001 ) ; resulting in Excellent45cases, Good3cases, Bad2cases. The total effective rate was 96% after 6 months. No major complication occurred. Conclusion Plasma radio frequency ablation and herbal fumigation treatment has the advantages of minimal invasion and quick efficacy, which provide as a safe , effective and minimally invasive treatment for lumbar disc herniation.
