综合护理对经尿道前列腺电切术后并发症的影响

目的探讨综合护理对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后的影响。方法选取来我院就诊的283例前列腺增生患者,随机分为观察组158例及对照组125例,观察组行TURP手术前给予综合护理措施。对两组患者的SAS、SDS评分和术后康复情况及其术后并发症进行比较。结果观察组的SAS、SDS在心理干预后的得分明显低于干预前得分及对照组得分(P<0.05),观察组的术后膀胱冲洗天数、留置尿管天数、平均住院天数与对照组比较均明显较短(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组并发症的总的发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于经尿道前列腺电切术后患者进行综合护理,能够使其SAS、SDS得分明显改善,术后康复时间明显缩短,术后并发症的发生率明显降低。

The impact on comprehensive nursing intervention treated on transurethral resection

Objective To evaluate the impact of patients with transurethral resection were treated with appropriate measures and given the comprehensive care.Methods All of 283 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected in our hospital and were randomly divided into observation group(n = 158) and the control group(n = 125),patients in observation group before surgery TURP group were observed to give its comprehensive nursing care.SAS,SDS score,postoperative rehabilitation and its postoperative complications in two groups were compared.Results SDS and SAS scores in observation group after psychological intervention were significant lower than that before psychological intervention and control group(P < 0.05).After bladder irrigation days,indwelling catheter days,the average number of days of hospitalization in the observation group compared with the control group were significantly shorter(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in the overall incidence of complications between observation group and control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Transurethral resection treated with the comprehensive care could improve the SAS and SDS score,significantly shorter postoperative recovery time and make the incidence of postoperative complications significantly reduced.
