1998～2006年甘井子区从业人员梅毒情况调查

[目的]了解大连市甘井子区从业人员梅毒感染情况。[方法]采用TRUST诊断试验,对大连市甘井子区1998~2006年的135700名从业人员进行梅毒抗体调查。[结果]1998~2006年共检测135700名从业人员,梅毒抗体阳性的205人,阳性率为0.15%,不同年份间阳性率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);女性高于男性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄男性集中在20~40岁,女性集中在20~30岁。职业公共场所从业人员阳性率高于其他职业,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]甘井子区从业人员梅毒感染率较低,公共场所从业人员的阳性率较高,应引起相关部门的重视。

Investigation on Syphilitic Infection among Employees in Ganjingzi District from 1998 to 2006

[Objective]To understand the status of syphilitic infection among employees in Ganjingzi district.[Methods]Syphilis antibody was tested for 135 700 employees from 1998 to 2006 in Ganjingzi district with TRUST diagnostic test.[Results]135 700 employees were tested from 1998 to 2006,205 of them were positive for syphilis antibody,accounting for 0.15%.There was a difference of the positive rate in different years(P<0.01).The positive rate was higher in female than that in male.There was no difference(P>0.05).The infected male employees were at the age from 20 to 40,while female employees were from 20 to 30 years.The positive rate was higher in employees from public places than that in employees engaged in other occupations.There was a difference(P< 0.01).[Conclusion]The infection rate of syphilis in employees in Ganjingzi district was low,but the positive rate in employees from public places was high,more attention must be paid.
