VEGF-C在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的检测血管内皮生长因子C（VEGF-C）在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达，探讨VEGF-C与宫颈癌发生发展、淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测22例正常宫颈上皮、63例CIN、45例宫颈鳞癌组织中VEGF-C的表达。结果VEGF-C在正常宫颈黏膜上皮、CIN及宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达依次增高，三者之间相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。伴有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌组织中VEGF-C的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移病例（P〈0．01）。VEGF-C在低分化鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于中高分化鳞癌组织（P〈0．05），但与临床分期无关。结论VEGF-C蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及淋巴转移有关。

The Expressions and Significance of VEGF-C in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To detect the expressions of VEGF-C in normal uterine cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and carcinoma of cervix and to determine its role in the progression and invasion or metastasis of cervical carcinoma.Methods The expressions of VEGF-C in 22 cases with normal uterine cervix tissues,63 cases with CIN tissues and 45 cases with carcinoma of cervix uteri tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The expression rates of VEGF-C were gradually increased with the progress cervical lesions.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of VEGFC was higher in cervical cancer with lymphatic metastasis than that without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.01).The expression of VEGF-C in low differentiation group was significantly higher than that in middle /high differentiation groups(P<0.05).There was no correlation between the expression of VEGF-C and clinical stage.Conclusions The expression of VEGF-C might be involved in oncogenesis or development and lymphatic metastasis in cervical carcinoma.
