单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与肺栓塞

近年来急性肺栓塞后肺部炎性反应倍受关注,越来越多的研究表明,多种炎性因子在急性肺栓塞中表达有升高。单核细胞趋化蛋白1作为炎性趋化因子CC亚族的一员,在趋化单核细胞和T淋巴细胞,诱导单核细胞、内皮细胞表达黏附分子,使各种炎性细胞尤其是单核/巨噬细胞向病变部位聚集的过程中发挥了决定性作用,而这种炎症过程可能参与了急性肺栓塞炎性反应的发病过程。

Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 and Pulmonary Embolism

The inflammatory reaction in the lung after acute pulmonary embolism has been increasingly paid close attention to in recent years.More and more investigation indicated many inflammatory factors be raised during the acute pulmonary embolism.As a member of the chemokine CC subfamily,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 was suggested to be involved in the recruitment of monocytes and T-cell into the pathological sites,and induction of monocyte and endothelial cell to express the adhesion molecules,all of which may lead to the development of the acute pulmonary embolism.
