放疗病房发生医院感染的原因分析

为了解放疗病房医院感染的发病情况，对1995年8月～1996年7月间所有的放疗科的160例住院病人进行回顾性分析。结果发现年医院感染发病率为19．4％（31／160），年例次发病率为21．3％（34／l160）。有无基础病的发病率差异显著，接受抗癌治疗的病人处在多种致病危险因素之中。以抑制免疫功能、降低抵抗力为主要致病原因。感染发生的疾病前三位为临床败血症、急性支气管炎、肺部感染。因此，提醒人们发生在放疗病房的医院感染有其特殊性，要加强对放疗科各级医务人员的医院感染知识的教育，以便对发生的感染能够及时、有效的控制。

An Analysis of the Causes of Hospital Infection in Radiotherapy Ward

Purpose: To find out the sick rate of hospital infection in radiotherapy ward. Materials and Methods:A retrospective analysis is made of 160 cases who received radiotherapy during. August 1995 to July1996.Results:Annual hospital infection incidence is 19.4 per cent and annual case attack rate is 21. 3per cent.And it makes a remarkable remarkable difference between the sick rates whether a patient has a basal diaease or not. Patients receiving anticarcompgenic treatment are exposed to various pathogenic factors,amongwhich the major ones are those which inhibit patients' immune function and reduce their resistance againstdiseases. Preceding the various diseases caused by infection are clinical septicemia, acute tracheitis andpneumonia. Conclusion: The hospital infection in radiotherapy ward has its own unique characteristics.Therefore,it is quite necessary to enhance the instruction of the whole staff in radiotherapy ward about hospital infection knowledge so as to provide a timely and effective coned over the infections.
