胆红素、血脂及Chemerin水平对冠心病患者病情进展的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨胆红素、血脂及Chemerin水平对冠心病患者病情进展的影响。方法选择冠心病患者157例,分为单支病变组(A组)、双支病变组(B组)、多支病变组(C组),分别为61、52、44例。分别检测血胆红素及血脂、Chemer-in水平。结果 B组IBIL、DBIL、TBIL及Chemerin较A组均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);C组IBIL、TBIL及Chemerin较A、B组有显著性差异(P〈0.05);DBIL较 A组均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。B组TG、TC、HDL、LDL较 A组均有显著性差异(P〈0.05);C组TC、LDL较 A、B 组有显著性差异(P〈0.05);TG、HDL 较 A 组均有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。IBIL与TC、LDL、Chemerin呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),DBIL 与 Chemerin 呈显著负相关(P〈0.05),TBIL 与TC、LDL、Chemerin呈显著负相关(P〈0.05)。结论胆红素代谢异常与血脂代谢及脂肪因子紊乱密切相关,是导致冠状动脉粥样硬化的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate effects of bilirubin,blood lipid and Chemerin level on the progression of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 157 cases of coronary heart disease patients were choosen and divided into single lesion group (group A)and double branch lesion group (group B),multivessel lesions group (group C),there are respectively 61 patients,52 cases,44 cases.Blood bilirubin and blood lipid,Chemerin level were detected respectively.Results IBIL,DBIL,TBIL and Chemerin of group B than group A were significant difference (P〈0.05),IBIL,TBIL and Chemerin of group C are significant different than the A and B group (P〈0.05),DBIL were significant different from group A (P〈0.05).TG,TC,HDL and LDL of group B than group A were significant different (P〈0.05),TC,LDL of C group had significant difference than the A and B group (P〈0.05),TG,HDL of group A showed significant difference (P〈0.05).IBIL and TC,LDL,Chemerin showed significant negative correlation (P〈0.05),DBIL and Chemerin showed significant negative correlation (P〈0.05), TBIL and TC,LDL,Chemerin showed significant negative correlation (P〈0.05).Conclusion Bilirubin metab-olism and blood lipid metabolism and fat factor disorders are closely related,which are of the important factors lead-ing to coronary atherosclerosis.
