提高癫痫病人的治疗依从性

将符合标准的60例癫痫病人随机分为两组，即观察组与对照组，对观察组病人进行系统的健康教育及干预措施。观察干预前后两组病人治疗依从性、日常生活能力、癫痫发作月次等指标。结果显示干预后观察组治疗依从性及日常生活能力较对照组有显著提高(P＜0.01)。月发作次数干预后观察组明显低于对照组(P＜0.02)。提示提高病人治疗依从性可以更好地控制病情，减少癫痫发作频率，提高生活质量。

To Promote the Complying With Treatment of Epilepsy Patients

cases of epilepsy patients tallied with the diagnostic standards were divided into both test and control groups. Patients in test group were carried out systematic health education as intervention measures. Indexes like complying with treatment, ability of every-day life, times of monthly attack of patients in these 2 groups were observed before and after the intervention. Results showed that both complying with treatment and ability of every-day life in test group patients after the interventions were remarkably promoted compared with patients in control group (P<0.01). And times of monthly attack in test group were significantly lower than thatin controlgroup (P<0.02). Suggested that to strengthen society, family and individual education on knowledge about diseases, and to promote the complying with treatment of the patients may effectively control patient's condition, lessen the times of attack, and elevate the life quality of epilepsy patients.
