摘 要: | 目的探讨脑梗死患者的脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化的临床价值。方法应用全自动生化分析仪检测96例脑梗死患者和30例健康人的脑脊液乳酸(LA)、总蛋白、CRP含量和酶(LDH、ADA、AST)活性,并进行统计学分析。结果对照组脑脊液LA、总蛋白、CRP、LDH、AST明显低于脑梗死组(P〈0.01),对照组脑脊液ADA低于脑梗死组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);与小梗死组、中等梗死组比较,大梗死组脑脊液LA、总蛋白、CRP、LDH、AST明显高于小梗死组、中等梗死组(P〈0.01);小梗死组与中等梗死组比较,中等梗死组脑脊液LDH、AST明显高于小梗死组(P〈0.01)。结论脑脊液乳酸、蛋白含量和酶活性变化对脑梗死患者的梗死体积的估计、疗效观察以及预后判断有重要的临床意义。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of the changes of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) lactic acid(LA) ,protein and enzyme activity in brain infarction. Methods Lactic acid( LA), total protein( TP), C-reactive protein( CRP), and enzyme activity( LDH, ADA, AST)in the CSF of 96 brain infarction cases and 30 healthy cases are examined with automatic biochemical analyzer and analyzed statisicaLly. Results Compared with healthy group,there is higher significantly CSF-LA,CSF-TP CSF-CRP, CSF-LDH, CSF-AST level in brain infarction group( P〈0. 01 ). Healthy group CSF-ADA is lower than the brain infarction group, but no significantly(P〉0. 05) ;as compared with small cerebral infarction group and moderate infarction group,there is higher significantly CSF-LA, CSF-TP, CSF-CRP, CSF-LDH, CSF-AST level in large cerebral infarction group (P〈0.01 ); Compared with small cerebral infarction group,there is higher significantly CSF-LDFI, CSF-AST level in moderate infarction group (P〈0. 01 ). Conclusion The changes of cerebrospinal fluid LA,protein and enzyme activity have an important role in estimating infarction volume, obselving curative effect,estimating prognosis in brain infarction. |
