摘    要:
目的 探讨 CD62抗原检测作为生物医用材料表面血小板粘附状况技术指标的可行性。方法 选用聚乙烯薄膜材料通过不同方法进行表面修饰后使其表面的血小板粘附数目发生改变 ,然后进行血栓粘附实验 ,分别进行扫描电镜观察计数和材料表面CD62抗原检测。结果 材料表面的血小板粘附数目与材料表面 CD62的含量呈显著正相关。结论 CD62抗原作为不可逆激活血小板的分子标志 ,可以用作反映生物医用材料血液相容性一个重要技术指标

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the possibility of evaluating platelet adhesion and activation on biomaterials by detecting the CD62 antigen. Methods Platelet adhesion assay was carried out on polyethylene membranes, which were coated with Tris-HCl buffer, GST or GST-TFPI fusion protein. The number of platelet adhered on the membranes was counted by Scanning Electronic Microscope and the amount of CD62 was detected by immunoassay. Results The amount of CD62 was significantly correlated with the number of platelets adhered on the membrane. Conclusion CD62 antigen, which is present only on the irreversibly activated platelets, could be used as an important marker for evaluating the adhesion and activation of platelet on biomaterials.
