| 摘 要： | 为观察脊痛舒治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效。将126例病人随机分为2组。观察组67例,硬膜外注射脊痛舒注射液;对照组59例,硬膜外注射强地松龙,结果显示,在改善和消除临床主要症状与体征方面,通过量化评价,观察组优于对照组,差异显著（P＜0．05）。说明脊痛舒能明显地改善症状和体征,为中药制剂硬膜注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供了新的途径。

| Abstract: | In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of JI TONG SHU (JTS, a TCD preparation for back pains) on lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH), 126 cases of LIDH were randomly divided into the observed group (n=67 cases) and the control group (n=59 cases), the former of which was treated by epidural injection of JTS and the latter by epidural injection of prednisone. Through quantity evaluation, the results showed that the observed group had an advantage over the control in eliminating and improving the main clinical symptoms and signs with a significant difference (P < 0.05), suggesting that JTS could significantly improve the symptoms and signs and provide a new way for treating LIDH by epidural injection of TCD preparations. |
