艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的 观察艾迪注射液联合化疗在非小细胞肺癌患者中的临床疗效.方法 采用抽信封随机对照法将70例患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组在化疗的基础上加用艾迪注射液,治疗2个周期,观察患者临床症状、近期疗效、免疫功能、毒性反应.结果 观察组在改善临床症状、免疫功能CD4/CD8比值、NK细胞阳性率和减轻毒性反应差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);近期疗效观察组略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论艾迪注射液联合化疗能改善非小细胞肺癌患者的部分临床症状,提高免疫功能,增加疗效,减少毒性反应.Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods Seventy cases were randomly divided into observer group and control group with 2 cycles of treatment.The observation items included clinical symptoms observed,short-term efficacy, immune function and toxicity. Results The clinical symptoms, immune function CD4/CD8 ratio, NK cells, the positive rate and reduce the toxicity was statistical significance in the observer group(P<0.05);Short-term effect was slightly higher than the observation group but had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusions Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy can improve the non-small cell lung cancer patients with some clinical symptoms, improve immune function, increased efficacy and reduced toxicity.
