杆菌肽聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒的制备

摘    要:目的]优化杆菌肽聚氰基丙烯酸正丁酯纳米粒的制备工艺.方法]制备方法采用乳化聚合法;以包封率为评价指标,采用L9(3^4)正交设计试验优化制备工艺;考察所制备纳米粒的形态、粒径及其分布和体外释放度.结果]所制备的纳米粒呈规则的球形,平均粒径为149.7nm,Zeta电位为-19.49mV,平均包封率为85.75%,体外释放显示一定的缓释特性.结论]本制备工艺稳定、可行.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize the preparation technology of bacitracin polybutylcyanoacrylate nanopartiele (PBCA-NP). METHODS Bacitracin-PBCA-NP was prepared by emulsion polymerization method, the preparing technology was optimized by orthogonal design test with encapsulation efficiency (EE) as index, and it was observed that the morphology, particle size and release degree in vitro of prepared bacitracin-PBCA-NP. RESULTS The prepared PBCA-NP nanoparticles were regular sphere, uniform with a mean particle diameter of 149.7 nm, the Zeta potential of 19.49 mV and the average EE of 85. 75 % ,respectively. The release degree in vitro showed sustained release. CONCLUSION The optimized preparing technology for bacitracin-PBCA-NP is stable and feasible.
