半月板损伤关节镜术后两种冷敷方法的效果观察

目的:探讨半月板损伤关节镜术后最佳冷敷方法。方法:将60例半月板损伤关节镜术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组术后48h内即行持续冰袋冷敷,治疗组采用间断冷敷并实施相应护理。结果:治疗组术后膝关节肿胀程度轻、疼痛消失时间短,疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝关节术后间断冷敷可有效减轻关节肿胀、疼痛,提高手术成功率,促进膝关节功能恢复。

Observation of the effectiveness of the two cold-compresses in the treatment of meniscus injury with arthroscope.

Objective: To explore the optimal cold-compress in the treatment of meniscus injury with arthroscope.Methods: 60 patients with meniscus injury were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30).The sustained cold-compress was given after the operation within 48-hour in the control group and interrupted cold-compress plus proper nursing intervention was used in the treatment group.Results: The symptoms of swelling and pain were relieved effectively and curative effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The interrupted cold-compress postoperatively can effectively relieve arthroncus and pain so as to increase the success rate of operation and promote the restoration of function of knee joint.
