深圳市龙岗地区流感疫情调查及防治对策研究

目的对深圳龙岗区2001年12月～2002年2月流行性感冒流行病学特征进行调查分析,为本地流感的防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,抽样分析龙岗各分区不同年龄、职业及区域人群发病率,并作统计学分析。结果龙岗区流感人群总发病率为10.1%,3岁以下婴幼儿组发病率显著高于其他各年龄组(P<0.05);学生、干部与农民三个职业组人群之间发病率无显著性差异(P>0.05),而工人的发病率则显著低于上述三组(P<005)。结论各分区流感发病高峰均在12月中旬。12月中旬特别加强疫苗普种,可减少发病几率,为经济有效的主要措施。

Investigation of Epidemiological Characteristics, and Prevention and Treatment of Influenza in Longgang District in Shenzhen City

Objective To investigate and analyze the epidemiological characteristic of influenza in Longgang district of Shenzhen city during 2001 to 2002, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of influenza Methods Sampling investigation and statistical analysis of influenza incidence were carried out among the population in different age group, occupation and district by retrospective study. Results The total incidence of influenza was 10.1% in Longgang district. The incidence of influenza of the 0-3 years-old infants group was significant higher than that of other age groups (P<0.05). No significant difference in the incidence of influenza was observed among the students, clerks and peasants (P>0.05), but the incidence of workers was significant lower (P<0.05). Conclusion The peak of influenza was in the mid December in Longgang districs. Extensive vaccination in the mid December can reduce the incidence of influenza, and is an economical measure to prevent the outbreak of the disease.
