| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨常见甲床伤病的新方法。方法：以甲板开窗术治疗甲床伤病45例。结果：全部治愈，无并发症，无中转拔甲术者。84％的新生甲平整美观，无畸形。结论：甲板开窗术操作简便，痛苦小，恢复快，疗效好，符合美容要求，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a new therapy of common diseases and injuries of the nailbed.Methods 45 cases of nailbed diseases and injuries were treated with nail fenestration.Results All patients were cured without any complications and no operation turned its steps to nail extraction.The majority of the new nails(84%) were smooth and fine without abnormality.Conclusion Nail fenestration is a good therapy,which can make the patients recover quickly and effectively,and is satisfactory in cosmetology.Furthermore,it is simple and convenient and worthy of popularization. |
