冠心病室性心律失常昼夜变化规律及护理体会

目的 探讨冠心痛室性心律失常昼夜生理节奏规律与护理的联系.方法 将239例冠心病患者设为冠心痛组,其中93例心肌梗塞者为冠心痛心梗组;以100例无器质性心脏病者作为对照组,均应用24小时动态心电监测(Holter),采用德国Custo Part实时分析固体存储动态心电图系统,详细记录生活事件.结果 冠心病组室性早搏较对照组发生率高(p＜0.01).日间型室早发生率较其他3种类型高,室早有明显的2个高峰.冠心病心梗组室早发生率高于冠心病非心梗组.结论 对冠心痛患者,除进行科学的预防用药之外,掌握其室早昼夜变化规律并采取针对性的护理措施,能有效降低心脏意外事件的发生.

Circadian Rhythm and Nursing Care of Ventricular Arrhythmia in the Coronary Heart Diease

Objective:To study relationship between circadian rhythm of ventricular arrhythmia in the diease and the nursing.Method:Using 24-hour ambulatory ECG to analyze 239 cases of the coronary heart disease called the coronary heart group,including 93 patients with myocardial infarctions called myocardial infarction group,adopting German-Custo-Part solid hour analytical solid saving ambulatory ECG system.Non-heart disease group of 100 cases were established as the control.Result:Morbidity of ventricular premature beat in the coronary heart group was higher than the controll,(p<0.01).The cocurrence rate of day-time type was higher than the other 3 types,ventricular premature beat had two obvious high peaks.The myocardial infarctions occurred more than non-myocardial infarctions.Conclusion:Both the medicine for the prevention and take pertinence nursing measures according to the circadian rhythm of ventricular arrhythmia in the coronary heart disease were very important for the sufferer form ventricular premature beat in the coronary heart diease,it can lower the occurrence of the heart accident efiectively.
