| 摘 要： | 1990年9月～1996年9月，手术治疗顽固性癫痫11例，其中颞叶前部切除4例，胼肥体前部切开3例，脑立体走向术治疗4例．手术显效率为72.7％。本文还对顽固性癫痫手术病例的选择、硬膜下电极在术前致病灶定位中的价值及手术方式等进行了讨论。 |

| Abstract: | 11 cases with intractable epilepsy were treated surgically form september 1990 to september 1996, of which 4 anterior temporal lobectomy, 3 anterior callosotomy and 4 stereotactic operation- The effectual rate of the operation was 72. 2%. Several aspects such as the selection of the cases with intractable epilepsy, the value of subdura1 electrode in the position of epileptogenic focus before the operation and the surgical method were also discussed. |
