《血证论》中泻火与滋阴法的运用

本文重点分析了《血证论》中应用泻火与滋阴两大方法治疗血证的经验。(1) 泻火法:胃、脾、心之实火所致上窍出血以大黄黄连泻心汤为主;肺中实火所致上窍出血或尿血以人参泻肺汤为主;肝经实火,上逆下迫引起的各种出血证用当归芦荟丸。(2) 滋阴法:五脏皆重,依证灵活选用补肺阴法、补心阴法、补脾胃阴液法、补肝阴法、补肾阴法。

Application of Ways of Discharging Fire and Nourishing Yin Offered in Book Treatise on Blood Troubles

This article mainly analyses the experience concerning treating blood troubles with descharging fire and nourishing Yin applied in the book Treatise on Blood Troubles. (1) Discharging fire: Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Rhizoma Coptidis Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire is mainly used to treat the upper orifices bleeding causde by the fire of excess type in stomach, spleen and heart; Ginseng Decoction for Expelling Lung-Heat is mainly used to treat the upper orifices bleeding or haematuria caused by the fire of excess type in lung; Various bleed caused by the fire of excess type of liver meridian is treated with Pill of Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Aloe. (2) Nourishing Yin: All the five viscera are emphasized, according to differentiation, blood troubles are treated with different ways, such as nourishing lung-Yin, nourishing heart-Yin, nourishing Yin fluid of stomach and spleen, nourishing liver-Yin and nourishing kidneys-Yin.
