Application of integrated medical care in PET-CT examination

Objective To explore the application effect of integrated medical care in PET-CT examination.Methods To select 224 cases of patients who underwent PET-CT examinations in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 as the study objects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the matching principle of age,gender,and examination site,with 112 cases in each group.The control group received routine general nursing care,and the observation group used integrated medical and nursing care to observe the inspection time,re-inspection rate and satisfaction degree of the inspectors in the two groups.Results The waiting time and inspection time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and re-inspection rate was lower than that of the control group,and the diff erences between the two groups were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The qualifi cation rate of image and cooperation degree of inspection in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Before the inspection,there was no signifi cant diff erence in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the inspection,the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction in the observation group was 97.36%,which was higher than the 86.61%in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing care can reduce the waiting and inspection time during PET-CT examination,reduce the re-examination rate,increase the image quality,and improve the quality of care and satisfaction.
