双胎早产儿合并吸入综合征的急救与护理

目的:探讨双胎早产患儿合并吸入综合征的急救与最佳护理措措施。方法:对50组双胎早产合并吸入患儿从出生前儿科医护人员已在场守侯,出生后即给予一系列的抢救及复苏处理,然后用转运暖箱送到新生儿科,给予监护、保暖等进一步处理及细心周到的护理。结果:50组双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿中治愈出院88例,占88%;好转出院12例,占12%。结论:要做好双胎早产合并吸入综合征患儿的护理,首先要及时给予有效抢救及复苏处理,严密监护、加强呼吸道管理;其次是要对患儿各系统或器官脆弱的生理状况有充分的认识和了解,从细微处着手,精心护理,从而提高抢救成功率。

First aid and nursing care in combined aspiration syndrome in premature twins child

Objective To investigate patients with inhalation syndrome in premature twins first aid measures with the best care measures.Method For 50 patients with inhalation syndrome in premature twins group of children from before birth had been the presence of pediatric physicians and nurses will wait,to give birth after a series of rescue and recovery processing,then sent to neonatal transport incubator,to give care,protection and heat treatment and careful and thoughtful further care.Results For 50 groups with inhalation syndrome in premature twins in 88 cases recovered,88% ;improved discharge in 12 cases,12%.Conclusion To make the merger Aspiration Syndrome in premature twins care,we must first give timely and effective rescue and recovery processing,intensive care,strengthen the respiratory tract;second is to the system or organ of the vulnerability of children with physical conditions are adequate knowledge and understanding,from the subtle in hand,intensive care,thereby enhancing the success rate.
