| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术的可行性和安全性。方法:对65例89眼行白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术,切口长度3.2mm,并设立对照组,观察疗效。结果:术后视力明显提高,并发症少见。结论:糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化折叠人工晶体植入术对组织损伤小,在熟练掌握手术技巧的基础上,可以放宽手术的适应症,是一种理想的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the practicable and security of phacoemulisiflcation and foldable intraocular lens implantation to diabetic cataract. Methods: 65 cases (89 eyes) were treated by phacoemulisiflcation and foldable intraocular lens implantation to debetic cataract. The lenth of incision was 3.2mm. Control group was established and the results were observed. Results: The visual acuitiy of postoperative patients was all improved and the complications were less. Conclusion: The harm to tissue by phacoemulisiflcation and foldable intraocular lens in diabetic cataract should be less. For the sophisticated doctors , the criterin of blood sugar could be higher. It was proved that the method studied was better than before for diabetic cataract. |
