摘    要:
目的 探讨对哮喘患儿进行心理干预和健康教育在患儿疾病康复中的作用,并分析其伦理意义.方法 在对患儿采取常规药物治疗的基础上,辅以心理干预和健康教育手段.结果 在经过心理干预及健康教育后,患儿心理行为问题发生率下降,治疗依从性提高.结论 心理干预和健康教育能改善患儿心理状态,提高治疗依从性,提高哮喘患儿生活质量,得到了患儿父母和监护人的认可,改善了医患关系,符合生物心理社会医学模式的宗旨和医学伦理学的理念.

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the effect of psychological intervention and health education in the rehabilitation of asthma children.Methods:Based on the conventional medican trentment for children,psychological intervention and health education were carried out.Results:After the psychological intervention and health education,child patients'psychological behavior decreased,and the treatment adherence was improved.Conclusion:Psychological intervention and health education is helpful to improve the psychological state of children patients,and the treatment adherence was improved,improve life quality.
