异位妊娠保守治疗84例临床分析

目的 分析异位妊娠不同保守治疗方法的优缺点及其疗效.方法 回顾分析凤岗医院2004年1月-2005年12月住院保守治疗的84例异位妊娠患者行药物保守治疗、腹腔镜、开腹保守性手术的治疗情况.结果 腹腔镜手术组手术时间、术中出血量、止痛剂应用、留置尿管时间、排气时间明显低于开腹手术组（P＜0.05）,开腹、腹腔镜手术组治愈率100%,药物治疗组治愈率88.6%,腹腔镜手术组住院费用最高,药物治疗组最低（P＜0.05）.结论 甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮保守治疗疗效肯定,费用低;腹腔镜手术创伤小,恢复快,可作为保守性手术首选.

CLINICAL STUDY ON CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT IN ECTOPIC PREGNANCY

Objective To study the forte, shortcoming and curative tone; abdominal speculum effect of different conservative treatments pregnancy. Methods We reviewed and analyzed the treatment status of 84 patients with ecotopic pregnancy hospital from Jan 2004 to Dec 2005. All the patients had been treated with medicine and operative conservative for ectopic in Fengang treatment. Results Compared with the operation time,bleeding volume,application of analgeslc,the time of detaining urinary canal and air bleed between the two groups, the values of laparatopic conservative operation group was lower than those of the other conservative operation group. Cure ratio of operation group was 100M, medical group was 88.6M. Cost of the laparatopic conservative operation group was the most, while of the medical group was the least. Conclusion The curative effect of ectopic pregnancy combined mifepristone conservative treatment is confirmed with a little cost. The laparatopic conservative operation is scarcely harmful, come back sooner, it may be selected primaryly for the patients who treated with conservative operation.
