超声诊断静脉瘤样病变

目的 探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流成像（CDFI）对静脉瘤样病变的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析26例本院诊治的静脉瘤样病变患者的声像图特征及临床表现，根据不同CDFI表现进行分类总结。结果 诊断静脉瘤样病变26例，根据其声像图特征大致分为三种类型：①静脉瘤样扩张；②外伤性血肿；③静脉内膜剥离。其中静脉瘤样扩张及内膜剥离型的静脉内膜连续性良好，外伤性血肿型则可见静脉管壁全层中断。结论 二维超声及CDFI对静脉瘤样病变具有较高的诊断价值，并可为临床诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。

Ultrasonography of venous aneurysm

Objective To assess the value of two-dimensional Ultrasonography( 2DUS) and color Doppler flow imaging( CDFI) in diagnosing venous aneurysm. Methods Ultrasound images and clinical data of 26 patients with venous aneurysm were retrospectively studied, so as to do the ultrasonic classification according to the acoustic imaging signs of the pathological changes. Results Twenty six cases were discovered, the ultrasonic appearances of venous aneurysm were divided into three types: phlebectasia( I ),false phlebangio-ma( II ), haematoma of ectoblast(III ). The tunica intima of vein of phlebectasia and haematoma was consecutive, but that of the phle-bangioma was discontinuous. Conclusion 2DUS and CDFI have great clinical value in the diagnosis of venous aneurysm. It also can offer necessary diagnostic foundation of the clinical diagnosis and estimate prognosis.
