皮瓣移植修复创面的发展及临床应用原则

皮瓣移植手术肇始于公元前6～7世纪。20世纪60年代显微外科的出现大大促进了皮瓣移植的进展,自从出现游离皮瓣以后,皮瓣移植也越来越复杂。目前皮瓣供区很多,髂腹股沟皮瓣、前臂皮瓣、穿支皮瓣等先后热极一时。但皮瓣移植的基本原则是不变的,即要求移植皮瓣高质量地存活,尽可能获取患处良好的形态和功能,而供区组织损伤小、所耗费用低。腹股沟皮瓣在很多创面修复中就是这样的一个经典皮瓣。

Flap transplantation began in the 6th or 7th century BC,and till the 1960s,the emergence of microsurgery contributed to the rapid development of flap transplantation.Since free flap was applied in clinic,various types of flaps have been used and surgical techniques involved in flap transplantation have become increasingly complicated.Although the donor site has been developed from groin flap,forearm flap,to perforator flap and each has a very hot moment,the basic principles of flap grafting is constant,which requires high-quality flap survival,a satisfactory outline and good function,and minimal damage to the donor site,as well as low cost.Groin axial skin flap is such a kind of classic flap in wound repair.
