鼻窦炎术后鼻腔不同填塞材料的疗效分析

目的分析鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后鼻腔应用不同填塞材料的影响及疗效。方法将鼻窦炎患者96例随机分为对照组(A组)48例,术后鼻腔常规予凡士林纱条填塞,实验组(B组)48例,术后鼻腔予可吸收性止血纱+PVF医用海绵填塞,分别观察术后12 h头痛和鼻腔胀痛程度、术后鼻腔出血量及术后1月鼻腔黏膜肿胀情况。结果实验组患者在术后疼痛、鼻腔出血量以及术后鼻腔黏膜肿胀情况等方面较对照组均有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论联合应用PVF医用海绵和可吸收性止血纱使患者痛苦减少、术后出血降低,患者鼻腔黏膜水肿程度明显减轻,恢复时间缩短。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Nasal Sinusitis Patients after Different Packing Materials

Objective Analysis and curative effect of nasal application of different packing materials sinusitis patients after endoscopic sinus surgery. Method The sinusitis patients 96 cases were randomly divided into control group （group A） 48 cases, postoperative nasal cavity treated with vaseline gauze, the experimental group 03 group） 48 cases, postoperative nasal cavity to absorbable hemostatic gauze ＋PVF medical sponge, after 12 h of headache and nasal pain degree, postoperative nasal bleeding and January, the swelling of the nasal mucosa were observed. Result Patients in the experimental group in postoperative pain, nasal bleeding and postoperative nasal mucosat swelling, compared with the control group had obvious advantage （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined application of PVF medical sponge and absorbable bemostalic gauze makes the patient pain, postoperative hemorrhage decreased, patients with nasal mucosa edema, shorten the recovery time.
