| 摘 要： | 目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合培菲康治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2005年-2012年80例溃疡性结肠炎患者的资料,根据其治疗方式分为观察组和治疗组,各40例,两组均应用美沙拉嗪治疗,观察组患者加用培菲康,随访8周,对两组患者治疗效果进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗效果好,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合培菲康治疗溃疡性结肠炎,能降低炎性反应,提高治疗效果,值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Ohjeetive To investigate the clinical efficacy the of Mesalazine joint Bifico the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods Our hospital from 2005 to 2012, 80 patients with ulcerative colitis patients, divided into observation group and a treatment group based on.their treatment, 40 patients in both groups applied mesalazine treatment, patients of the observation group and with Bifico followed for 8 weeks to evaluate the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The patient outcomes compared with the control group of patients was statistically significant （P〈0.05） difference. Conclusion The of mesalazine joint Bifico the treatment of ulcerative colitis, can reduce the inflammatory response, improvetreatment, worth in clinical practice. |
