溶血磷脂酸和人附睾蛋白4联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的溶血磷脂酸(LPA)和人附睾蛋白4(HE4)联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的价值。方法 50例卵巢癌患者作为A组,45例卵巢良性病变患者作为B组,100例健康查体者作为C组。测定3组血清LPA和HE4。结果 A组HE4和LPA均高于B组和C组(P<0.01),但血清HE4和LPA在B、C两组之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。LPA诊断卵巢癌敏感度为70.0%,特异度为95.2%,准确度为88.7%;HE4诊断卵巢癌的敏感度为80.0%,特异度为97.2%,准确度为92.8%。联合检测时,诊断卵巢癌的敏感度为94.0%,而特异度为93.1%,准确度为93.3%,高于单项检测的敏感度与准确度(P<0.05)。结论联合测定血清LPA和HE4可以较敏感和准确的诊断卵巢癌。

Abstract:Objective To study combined detection of lysophosphatidic acid (LPA)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4) on diagnosis for ovarian cancer. Methods 50 patients with ovarian cancer were enrolled into A group,45 patients with benign ovarian were enrolled into B group and 100 healthy people were enrolled into C group. Serum LPA and HE4 were detected. Results A group of HE4 and LPA were higher than in group B and group C(P〈0.01), but the serum HE4 and LPA in B, C no significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05). LPA diagnosis of ovarian cancer, sensitivity was 70.0%, specificity 95.2% and accuracy was 88.7%; HE4 ovarian cancer diagnostic sensitivity of 80.0% and a specificity of 97.2% and accuracy was 92.8%. Joint detection, diagnosis of ovarian cancer with a sensitivity of 94.0%, while specificity was 93.1% and accuracy was 93.3%, higher than the single detection sensitivity and accuracy (P〈0.05).Conclusions Joint serum LPA and HE4 can be more sensitive and accurate diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
