非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂与血糖及肝功能检验结果的研究

目的对非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂与血糖及肝功能检验结果进行分析探讨,为今后的临床诊治工作提供可靠的参考依据。方法随机抽取在2011年1月至2013年1月间我院收治的非酒精性脂肪肝临床患者病例45例和同期健康体检者45例作为研究对象,对其展开血脂、血糖以及肝功能检测,并对比分析检测结果。结果经统计得知,脂肪肝组血脂、血糖以及各项肝功能指标均较健康组高(P<0.05)。结论对非酒精性脂肪肝患者应加强血脂、血糖以及肝功能监测,为临床诊断与治疗提供可靠的参考依据。

Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Patients Blood Fat and Blood Sugar and Liver Function Test Results

Objective To non-alcoholic fatty liver patients the blood lipids and blood glucose and liver function test results are analyzed and discussed, and provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the future work. Methods Randomly selected in＇ 2011 January -2013 year in January in our hospital of non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with clinical cases of 45 patients and 45 healthy subjects as the research object, blood lipid, blood glucose and liver function expansion for its detection, and comparative analysis of test results. Results The statistics of blood lipid, blood glucose, fatty liver and liver function indexes were compared with the healthy group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion We should strengthen the blood lipid, blood glucose and liver function monitoring on nonalcoholic fatty liver patients, provide a reliable basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
