| 摘 要： | 目的采用多药效学指标确定乌鳖颗粒中黄狗肾的提取工艺。方法比较黄狗肾95%乙醇提取和70%乙醇提取两种工艺对卵巢摘除大鼠雌激素活性以及对幼鼠子宫、卵巢发育的影响。结果两种提取工艺的提取物均可使卵巢摘除大鼠血清雌二醇水平增高;95%乙醇工艺提取还具有提高大鼠雌激素活性及促进幼鼠子宫、卵巢生长的作用。结论乌鳖颗粒中黄狗肾饮片应采用95%乙醇提取。

Study on Multiple Pharmacodynamics Index Evaluation for Extraction Process of Dog Penis in Wubie Granules |

| Abstract: | Objective To define the extraction process of Dog Penis in Wubie Granules by multiplepharmacodynamics indicators. Methods Rat ovaries were removed by operation. The effect of 95% alcoholextraction and 70% alcohol extraction were compared on uterus and ovaries development of immaturemice and estrogen activity of rats with operation. Results Products of both processes could raise E2 level inserum of rats with operation, 95% alcohol extraction could also enhance estrogen activity of rats anddevelop uterus and ovaries of immature mice. Conclusion Dog Penis in Wubie Granules should be extractedby 95% alcohol. |
