摘    要:目的 探讨超声电动牙刷与普通牙刷对正畸患者清除菌斑效率的差异.方法 选择12~18岁正畸患者58例,实验组使用超声电动牙刷30例,对照组使用普通牙刷28例,患者每天刷牙2次,每次5分钟.牙刷连续使用三个月,分别在基线,第一个月,第三个月时测量刷牙前后菌斑量.结果 使用超声电动牙刷组三个月后菌斑量为1.71,普通牙刷组菌斑量为2.27,电动牙刷组菌斑量比普通牙刷组小.超声电动牙刷组菌斑清除率在托槽龈向,近中,远中,舌侧,(牙合)面均比普通牙刷组高,仅托槽(牙合)向,两者差异不明显.结论 超声电动牙刷相对比普通牙刷而言,在正畸人群中能较好的清除菌斑,改善口腔卫生环境.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Sonicare toothbrush and manual toothbrush in a cohort of children undergoing fixed appliance orthodontic therapy. Methods Fifty-eight orthodontic patients aged 12 to 18 years old were screened and recruited with parental consent. There were 30 patients who used Sonicare toothbrush and 28 patients who used manual toothbrush. The patients were asked to brush teeth twice a day and 5 minutes each time for three months. The plaque index was examined at the beginning, the end of first month and the third month. Results The plaque scores were 1.71 in patients using Sonicare toothbrush and 2.27 in the patients using manual toothbrush after three months. The reduction of plaque in the gingival, mesial, distal and lingual sides were better in the Sonicare toothbrush group than in the manual toothbrush group. Conclusions Sonicare toothbrush could remove plaque more efficiently than the manual toothbrush in orthodontic patients.
