派丽奥与牙康局部治疗牙周炎效果的Meta分析

摘    要:目的:评价派丽奥(盐酸米诺环素软膏)与牙康(甲硝唑棒)局部治疗牙周炎的效果有无差异性及其安全性。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMBASE、EBSCO、中国期刊网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库,收集1990~2010年间国内外所有公开发表的局部应用派丽奥与牙康治疗牙周炎的随机对照试验(RCT),同时筛检纳入文献的参考文献。由2名研究者参与文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价,对符合质量标准的RCT进行描述和Meta分析。结果:共纳入4个研究总计196颗患牙进行Meta分析。Meta分析结果显示,局部应用派丽奥实验组比牙康对照组,可使牙周探诊深度(PD)和菌斑指数(PLI)指标显著降低,有统计学意义,但牙龈指数(GI)差异无统计学意义。结论:在牙周炎患者中,局部使用派丽奥比牙康更能促进牙周炎的好转,但受纳入文献数量和质量的限制,本次Meta分析结果尚有待于高质量大样本的随机对照试验予以证实。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of Periocline(minocycline)and YaKang(metronidazole) on periodontitis treatment.Methods:We searched several electronic datebases including Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMBASE,EBSCO,CNKI,WeiPu and WanFang from 1990 to 2010.Randomize clinical trials(RCT) comparing the efficacy and safety of Periocline and YaKang on periodontitis treatment were selected independently by two investigators.Quality assessments were performed.The dates met the eligible criteria were abstracted and analyzed.Results:Four RCTs including 196 teeth were analyzed.The result of meta-analysis showed a significant decrease on probing depth(PD)and plaque index(PLI)in minocycline group compared with metronidazole group.No statistically significant difference was observed in gingival index(GI).Conclusion:Local delivery drug of Periocline is more effective than metronidazole in treating periodontitis.Further evaluations in adequately powered large RCTs are needed to confirm these findings.
