| 摘 要： | 由于民国时期医疗卫生资源的缺乏,一些有识之士提出了实施公医制度来解决?为此当时的学者们分别从公医制的实施意义及实施公医制的具体方法提出了较为详细的指导意见,很大一部分与医学教育的制度相配套?经过个别医学校的试验成功后,公医制得以初步成型,并对当时的医学教育产生了一定的影响? |

| Abstract: | Because of lack of the medical resources,some insight put forward the public medical system in the Republic of China. The scholars proposed a detailed guidance on the meaning and the specific methods,a big part of them matched the medical education. After the successful experiment in some individual medical school,the public medical system was taken shape initially that effect the medical education at that time. |
