| 摘 要： | 近年来,医疗纠纷和暴力事件频发,医患关系已成为社会关注的焦点?医患关系受众多因素影响,其中患者利益诉求是影响医患关系的关键因素,其他因素通过利益诉求间接影响医患关系?患者利益诉求可归为健康诉求?经济诉求?心理诉求和服务诉求等四类,这些诉求分别受社会因素?医方因素和患方因素影响?利益缺口增大导致不满和敌对情绪,引发医患矛盾和纠纷,甚至产生暴力伤医事件?
