试管漂浮集菌法检测多种标本中的结核菌

目的探讨试管漂浮集菌法在多种标本中检测结核菌的应用价值。方法采用试管漂浮集菌法测定胸腹水、脑脊液、尿液标本中结核菌，并与涂片法和离心沉淀法对照；测定Ⅱ型肺结核患者静脉血中结核菌，同时设立疾病对照组和正常对照组。结果胸腹水、脑脊液、尿液标本检测阳性率均高于涂片法和离心沉淀法（Ｐ＜０刀５）．１０例Ⅱ型肺结核患者血标本均检出结核菌，对照组则为阴性。结论试管漂浮集菌法适用于多种标本的检测，快速、阳性率高，便于操作。

Detection of mycobecterum tuberculosis with test tube flotation concentration method in tube

Objective To evaluate the practical value ofdeteCtion of tubercle bacillus (TB) in kinds ofsample with tube flotation concentration method(BFCM).Metholl The tuberCle bacillus inThoracico- abdomenal fluid (TAF),cerebrospinal nuid (csF) and urine was de￣ with BFCM, and the resultS were compered with control group using semear teChnique(ST) and precipitation method (PM). Thetubercle bacillus in venous blood of tuberculosistype 11 was detected and compared with controlgroup and normal control group.Results The POstive rates in finding out TB inTAF, CSF and urine by using BFCM were higher than those of using ST and PM, and comparedwith PM possessed statistical differences(P< 0.05) .The tubercle bacillus in venous bloodwas postive in 10 cases of tuberculosis type 11 butwas negative in control group and normal controlgroup by the BFCM.Conclusions The BFCM has characteristics ofsimple. rapid. POsitive rates higher and easy tomanipulation.
